What the MONSa pilot collects

MONSa is in pilot. We collect a few details and your results so we can test how accurate MONSa is and improve it. SkillsInfinity is responsible for this data under Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

What we collect

  • Before the quiz: your email address, age range and industry.
  • Your results: the job role you pick, your answers to the 8 questions, your scores (MONSa Score, Skill Level, Market Relevance), your MONSa type and code, and the scores version used.
  • Your check of the result: your answers to the optional “Help us test MONSa” questions.
  • Basic context: the date and time, whether you used a phone-sized screen, and the link you came from (for example a campaign tag), if any.

We don’t collect your name, phone number or IP address.

How we use it

  • To check MONSa’s results against what people tell us, and compare results across roles, industries and age ranges.
  • To contact you about the pilot, for example to ask you to take MONSa again later.
  • To email you when guided learning paths launch, only if you ticked that box.
  • To publish summary findings. We only publish figures for groups of people, never single results or anyone’s details.

How we keep it

Your email is stored separately from your answers. Our analysis uses your results with your age range and industry, not your email. We don’t sell your data or share your email with anyone outside SkillsInfinity, other than the service providers that host the data for us. We keep pilot data until the pilot ends and its findings are published, then delete or anonymise it.

Your choices

You can ask to see your data, correct it, or have it deleted, and you can stop launch emails at any time. Email [email protected] from the address you signed up with. Your browser also remembers your sign-up and last result; clearing your browser data removes them.
